Sustainable Menstrual Materials

Additional Information

Women everywhere are thrilled to receive the "Kits."  Inside hand-sewn bags are menstrual pads with protective shields that can be washed and reused for up to three years.

Where women stayed home and used pieces of towels or rags during menstruation, or paid a day's earnings for a box of disposable pads, these Kits are an answer to their prayers.

Midwives especially love the Kits because they enable increased cleanliness and prevent vaginal infections.
